I was turned away with an emergency by 3 vets within the area, after calling woodend fitted me in with an appointment within half an hour. They rectified an issue that another vet caused and booked me on for a follow up. I was in distress and they tried their best to resolve the issue offering me assistance. I am beyond grateful.
